We partner with tenants, organizers, and legal advocates on the ground both to seek feedback and to co-create tools. We also offer customized training and field data requests from the public and partners alike.

Situated within the intersections of housing and public health, JustFix partnered with Montefiore’s Housing At Risk Program (“H@RP”) to showcase how our tools can be used to address the needs of patients obtaining repairs, organizing tenants building-wide, and researching landlords to combat source of income discrimination within their housing search.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, JustFix partnered with the Right to Counsel Coalition and Housing Justice For All to create EvictionFreeNY, an online tool that helped approximately 20,000 New York State tenants prevent eviction by filling out and submitting a Hardship Declaration.
